Simple Ways to Up Your Social Media Impact

The team at Social Media Squared is always on the go — with work, families, fitness classes, and having some time to ourselves — anything to make our tasks easier and more efficient is more than welcome. Here are a few tricks we have up our sleeve for getting things done while still making the most impact:
Utilize Buffer, HootSuite & TweetDeck:  Jessica loves Buffer, Caitlyn loves TweetDeck … but really needs to use Buffer more! All of these programs can alleviate the act of taking time to post everyday. Plus, it allows you to plan out by week, month, or even by year to ensure that your making an impact via social media.
Get Involved with Twitter chats: Thanks to a local blogger community, Social Media Squared does have the ability to join a Twitter chat on a weekly basis. There are other communities to join & get involved with such as FitFluential, SweatPink & Smiley360.
Put Your Passion Into Your Writing/Social Media/Content: While this sounds naive…it really makes a difference! Your readers can tell — and it makes your writing & content more fun!
Share Others Content: Doesn’t everyone appreciate a little social media love?! Sharing a blogger-friend’s post, or even a funny article from Buzzfeed… it’s an easy way to share something daily. Plus, you can schedule these too!
Set Reminders or Make a Schedule: While Buffer & Hootsuite help with scheduling, Instagram still does not allow us to post from a third party. Creating a monthly schedule and/or setting alarms is a great way (and subtle) way to remind yourself to make your post live.
